Kids Club

Corby Kids Club started up in 2001 to provide safe ,enjoyable childcare before and after school for the children of Corby Glen Community Primary School. We also provide childcare for preschool children who attend Corby Glen Playgroup.

The Club is situated on the school premises within its own room and has the full use of the school hall, ICT suite and the outdoor area and playing field. We are now able to offer our own outside space so that children can fully experience a free flow environment and outdoor space when they choose to. We are open everyday from 7.30am until 8:40am and from 3.20pm until 6.00pm, term time only. All staff are fully qualified and all have DBS clearance, food hygiene certificate, paediatric first aid trained and trained in safeguarding.
 
Fees :
Morning sessions
7.30am – 8:40am = £4 which includes a breakfast
8.30am – 8:40am = £2
 
Afternoon sessions
3.20pm – 6.00pm = £7
 
We have a monthly booking form system but we can also take children for ad hoc sessions if there are sufficient places available on that day. We also accept child care vouchers through work schemes as well as the government voucher scheme. Further details will be given when registering your child/children.
 
Activities : 
We aim to involve all children in a range of activities, while allowing them the freedom to make choices and relax. During a typical week there will be opportunities to take part in:
 
Art and craft
Outdoor sports and games
Indoor games
Quiet activities such as reading, watching dvds, colouring and construction to name but a few .
Role play
Computers
Pool and football table
Play music including a large electric piano.
Cooking sessions
 
Children will also be given the opportunity to do their homework, although this is not a homework club.
