Mathematics World Cup

Recently, Brambling Class took part in the Numberfit Mathematics World Cup. This involved the children splitting into groups, competing against schools from across the globe in a test of their mathematical prowess. The children all thoroughly enjoyed competing, especially as it encompassed so much physical and wellbeing activity. After all of their hard work, I am pleased to announce that of the two Brambling Class groups that represented our school, one finished in a brilliant 11^th place out of 262, and the other finished FIRST...IN THE WORLD!!! We are all so proud of the efforts and achievements of our pupils’ success and we are taking it forward to compete in the World Series throughout the year.
